Cinnamon Raisin Bread
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 3 cups flour (2 cups whole wheat, 1 cup unbleached white)
- 3 tablespoons rapadura sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2.5 teaspoons yeast
- 3/4 cup raisins
- Add in order except for raisins following machine guide
- Add raisins at beep
- Bake on whole wheat setting
